Hi Nuggz,

It may have something to do with the codecs you have installed on your pc, I just tried it and it worked fine, maybe the Media Players page would be helpfull to you:
http://www.topwam.com/infos-mediaplayers.php

Please note: I used mplayer with all codecs installed, but VLC should work fine too.

Hi Cweez07, did you have a look on our media players info page? because if you don't please do it and you will see that you can download the VLC player which should work just fine and there is a link to the most known codecs too but anyway here is a codec that should work for this file:
http://www.free-codecs.com/download/Elecard_MPEG-2_Video_Decoder_Package.htm

and if it's not please try to download vlc and play with it:
http://www.videolan.org/vlc/
