TopWAM is a file sharing service that allows collectors to upload their videos and share them with their friends. You can create your own FREE account and get your own FREE hosting space to showcase your collection of video clips. All you need is a capture card to capture your favroite scenes from tv, or you can upload video clips from your camcorder, stills camera or cell phone.

Every time you upload 1 video that has 2 minutes of wam scenes or greater, you earn 10 credits for your account and 10 additional credits that get assigned to your buddies that you define in your buddy-list. You also earn some credits for short length clips too.
