After being nominated, Zumba Lou Lou took on the Ice Bucket Challenge and rallied a whole team to take part (lost count after 75!), with a little help from Thetford Fire Service.

As a team, in turn we nominated 3 great teams from East Anglia -
Norwich City FC, Ipswich Town FC and Thetford Fire Brigade.
We offer our services to aid you with your challenge and would be happy to help with the buckets of ice!!!
Thetford Fire Brigade have already taken us up on the offer and invited us to the station..... Video to follow!!!

The point of all of this is to raise awareness and funds for ALS/MNDA as well as our 3 chosen Zumbathon charities EACH (East Anglia's Children's Hospices), GOSH (Great Ormond Street Hospital) and SANDS (Stillbirth and Neonatal death).
We had buckets collecting money at the event where £98.43 was donated, and also many more donations were made online.

If you would like to support our next fund raising event, please come along to the Carnegie Rooms in Thetford on Saturday 13th September where we will be having a wonderful Outdoor Market , Pamper Treatments on offer indoors and a fun filled 2hr Zumbathon. With facepainting for the kids there'll be something for everyone so come along and join the fun!
