In this long awaited sequel to one of our most popular films, another real estate agent is preparing to sell a house after the owner died. She doesn't believe that the house is haunted, while getting ready for an open house, she discovers that the pool has been littered with packing supplies. The agent hurries to clean it up in time, but she finds that there really is a sinister force there, and it can control other things in that pool...

This film was produced by MMP Studios, which specializes in underwater footage. While they mainly do advertising, they have also produced a number of series and short films, including the Supergirl series on Won the U and Florida's Wild Waters. You can learn more about their services at:
