This is one of four videos produced by Ken Strong Productions for the 2012 Trauma Symposium sponsored by a trauma center in Northern Indiana. The theme for the symposium was severe weather. This cold water drowning re-enactment was used to open for a lecture regarding hypothermia. The audio you are hearing is an actual 911 call involving a young female who's vehicle was swept off of the roadway in high water.
