A Japanese girl is going to take part in a final interview of an agricultural company. Here is a fallow rice field. In fact the final interview is to get muddy in the fallow rice field with her black recruitment suit on!

At first she pours a bucket of water over her head to beat the heat owing to being a very hot day!
