hi. maybe someone could identify, which movie or series or actress is it in the middle of this clip, or see the vidcaps 11-13, people have to jump out of the bus for make it possible to get out of the water...thank you

The bus clip is from the 1980 movie "The Nude Bomb" starring Don Adams as Maxwell Smart and Andrea Howard as his sidekick (she remains on the bus with Adams/Smart). The nice looking blonde who stands up in the water appears to be a stuntwoman/extra, possibly uncredited and likely impossible to indentify without searching through resumes/portfolios.
