The bride wore a beautiful white wedding dress, all layers and lace and glorious pure whiteness against her lovely pale skin.

The bridesmaid wore a lovely wine-red floor length dress in a rich shiny satin, pristine and gorgeous.

And then they set about each others' dresses with gallons of syrup and black treacle! Dresses are filled, bodices coated, bums covered, and slowly, carefully, our two beauties, Felicity in virgin white and Morgana in rich red, reduce each other from visions of beauty to syrup-drenched soggy messes!
