just dive in, it's all in our head.... all limitations.... step by step you can kinda dive into the water = your emotions to ultimately free yourself. when we recorded this video it was already quite dark which you can't really see here but I actually was quite afraid in the beginning, cause I could not see anything. And althoughï»¿ I even got a lil memory from a jellyfish I encountered I will still dive in next time

It really is about facing our fear to see that it was just an illusion.
