I click on download button and then click on the second window text click here, and nothing happens.

Ok, could you try the following please:
1: Click on the download button and
2: on the Popup window where it says: "... please click here." (in the yellow tooltip area) please make a Right Click on it and from the menu select "Save Target As..."

I've just downloaded it on my laptop, but when I try transferring it to my phone nothing appears in the gallery. I also tried downloading it on my phone but again nothing appears in the gallery.

I am not sure I understand your issue. The website is designed to be used on a computer not on a phone.

I just got a reply from the original uploader:
"that is a free trailer from my site, it was made back in 2004, it is a mpg video, which will download to a computer no problem but his phone may not accept mpg's so he will need to convert it to mp4 or whatever acceptable format his phone allows."
