This is a chain of restaurents in Florida and several other states, and they used to have a "pie anybody for $5" service in their restaurants in the 1990s. That all stopped though, when some people who got pied on other tables filed a lawsuit, so they have a strict policy today, where you are only allowed to pie people seated at your own table.
